We are two women who started this site as a blog two years ago. We were both at home with our baby boys and had some extra time to spend in front of the computer. We fought (as many others along us) to get rid of the extra pounds we had gained during the pregnancies. We are both fitness instructors and we received many questions about how to train and eat after a pregnancy to get in shape again.

We know how incredibly important it is to eat properly in our every day life. If we have good nutritious food every day, half the job is basically done. Out of own experience we know it can be hard to get regularity when it comes to workout in hectic parts of life.

So – We left the blog and created this ordinary web site instead, so we can give tips about great diet meals, mostly for women.
